MobilePowerTM

Reliable Mobile Power Systems for Every Application

MobilePower System Overview

MobilePower provides engine-driven AC power in a smaller and lighter package than RoadPower. It is designed for applications where the vehicle can be parked and throttled up when full rated power is required.

Available in 5, 6 and 7.5 kW configurations, MobilePower remains a practical solution when high output at normal engine idle is not required.

Core System Components

Each MobilePower™ system ships as a complete, field-ready package. Every component is purpose-built to work together, from the generator that produces power to the mounting hardware that secures it in place. The result is a fully integrated system that installs cleanly and delivers reliable performance day after day.

Generator

A compact, heavy-duty alternator designed for under-hood or PTO mounting. It converts mechanical energy from the vehicle’s engine into clean AC power and is available in configurations ranging from 3kW to 15kW.

ACU Controller

The Automatic Control Unit serves as the brain of the system, regulating voltage, managing output frequency, and protecting both the generator and connected equipment from electrical faults. All of these functions operate automatically without requiring driver intervention.

Remote Control Panel

Mounted within easy reach of the operator, the remote panel gives you real-time visibility into system status. Switch between on and standby modes, read operational data, and get early warning on any issue before it becomes a problem on the job.

Vehicle Mount Hardware

Custom brackets and mounting hardware are engineered to provide a clean, secure installation within your specific vehicle platform, whether it’s a utility truck, ambulance, or ENG van.
